Forward work items of user A to user B

I don't think there is any standard function for this. As mentioned, SAP
appreciates neatness (having everything correctly defined).
I would suggest defining a substitute. If that is not an option it seems
you will have to develop your own (not so) little utility...

Hi David,

I tested it and it did not work.

My understanding is that SO36 defines only Office documents forwarding and
the setting will be valid only for the newly created documents.

I need to forward the already created work items from the Inbox of the user
A to the Inbox of the user B.

Any help is appreciated.

Regards,

Ernest

Ernest check out SO36 which can forward documents from one user to another
for a specific date range. it has a feature called 'forward all functional
documents'.

Can someone confirm that this forwards work items as well as SAP mail ?.
I'm
not sure.
I've used it to forward mail but not work items in EBP.

Cheers
Dave
