Workflow for CCMS Alert monitor

Maria, your CCMS folks should configure the alert management functionality
using the CCMS_OnAlert_Email method. This is available from 4.6A.
This will then enable mails to be sent to certain people when different types
of alerts are triggered.
 
Check out the online help...search for mail under the CCMS help.
