Patrick,

in a number of archiving scenarios you'll be best off using the built-in
Document Management System to anchor your documents in your SAP system.

Please check:
- the transactions in (Logistics -->) Central Functions --> Document
Management,
- the customizing in Cross-application Components --> Document Management,
- the help files

OK, you can also attend training -- it's probably in the Product Lifecycle
Management curriculum now.

The business object you can then use is DRAW -- a very convenient one, and
DMS has a lot of hooks for workflow support.

Kind regards,
Tomasz

Hi all,

I want to create an event to trigger a workflow that distributes faxes.
My idea was that there schould be a table/field that contains the sapoffice
document header data. whenever a fax is being received, this table is
updated. does anyone knows the name of the table, or how i can trigger this
workflow?
every help will be appreciated.

thanks.
