Tomasz,

Which Object type & method would you use to set up the background task
which calls the function module RH_GET_ACTORS on the role? I have a similar
problem to Kevin.

Many thanks,

Duncan.

Kevin,

the easiests thing is insert 2 tasks into your workflow:

- one background task calling the function module RH_GET_ACTORS on your
role, to get the agents and place it in workflow container
- then the usual "Send mail" task using this container element as
RECEIVERS.

In this way you'll be also able to see in workflow logs to whom the mail
was
supposed to be sent.

Kind regards,
Tomasz

P.S. Watch out -- "Send mail" apparently does not like to be called on
empty
receiver list!

Subject: Email workflow step

I have defined a role using PFAC. I have assigned responsibilities to it
with type RY 50001653.
I now want to send an email to people in this role via the workflow email
step.
What type id do I need to use to address this responsibility group? ( G or
H) What about ADDRESSSTRINGS and RECEIVERS?
