How do you get an object to appear as an attachement to tasks /use r decisions?

Hi. Roger,

How about trying to bind your object to "_AdHoc Objects" in a container
of the task?
I hope it works.
Thank you.

Thanks for your suggestion Parag.

Have added the object to the task container (with input/output set, but
not mandatory or multiline) and entered the object in the binding
between the task container and the workflow container, but still it
doesn't appear in the list of objects/attachments when you execute the
user decision. Am obviously missing something, but don't know what.

The object is definitely available in the workflow container since I use
it elsewhere for determining roles.

Don't know if it makes any difference but am using SAP_WAPI_CREATE_EVENT
(with the basic parameters of object/event/object key) to create the
triggering event, rather than SWE_EVENT_CREATE which seems to be used
elsewhere. Do you need to add something or set some parameter at the
triggering event stage in order for it to appear in the tasks within the
workflow?

Roger.

Hi Roger,

Create the container for the object in the decision task (custom task).
Bind object in WF definition with the workflow container.

Default method of the object will be executed when clicked.

Cheers!
