AW: Method using container from wi preview in SBWP (Release 4.6C)

Hi Jocelyn and Robert,

I already check the points you mentioned. The element is a table and is
named correctly.
The problem I see is the empty container while debugging. Does not the
container exist while the workitem is in preview mode? But even when we are
executing the workitem the access to the mutiline element is not possible.

Any further ideas?

Regards,

Karsten

Hi Karsten,
And check you have the correct element name exactly as it is entered in the
task container.

Hi Karsten,

Are you sure it is a Table? If it's f.e. a field you should use
GET_ELEMENT....

You can also very easily debug the Method and see what happens..

Good luck,

Hi all,

we have an object as an ad-hoc object at a workitem. And we want the
default
methode of this object to compute some data from the workitem container
within the preview of SBWP.
Unfortunately we have no access to the container, i.e. the container
doesn't
contain any data. We try to get the data via

SWC_GET_TABLE CONTAINER 'element_name' internal_table.

Isn't that the right way?

Thanks for any hint, it might be only a little mistake.

Greetings,

Karsten
