Ram,
If you had transported the workflow to QA and tried to start it on the same
day it may have been buffering. Usually SWU_OBUF is enough to fix temporary
problems such as those.

Subject: Activation of the workflow template

Hello All,
We have developed a custom workflow template for the PO Approval which
triggers a workflow for each PO creation. Activated the template from the
workflow builder and transported it to QA client. When we create a PO with
the test id in QA client, the workflow didn't get triggered. After trying
with another id with sufficient authorization, the workflow got triggered
and continue to trigger afterwards with any test id. What we are missing
here for the first time triggering?
1. Do we need to activate the template in each client by going to Additional
data --> Agent assignment -> Maintain -> Refresh index (or)
2. By using SWUD, Test environment -> Consistency check for components

Your help is greatly appreciated.
Ram
