You need to refresh the buffers - transaction SWU_OBUF. Normally the
buffers only refresh at midnight.

Subject: WF Transport Problem

Hi All -

I am in process of transporting a few workflows from a DEV to QA
environments in CRM 3.0.
Those workflows have just been developed and been transported for the first
time.

I have never done a workflow transport before and here is my problem:

The workflows were transported to QA under 'Workbench request'.
Link between the events and workflows was activated successfully in QA
by transporting it under 'Customizing request'.

However, since the positions, specified on the step level for responsible
agents, are different in both
environment, I have a problem in resolving agents in QA.

In order to rectify this situation, I decided not to assign any position at
the step level, and later on, assign work centers in both environments.
For that I attempted the following:

I removed position from the step level and transported so updated
workflow definition to QA. (via the workbench request).
Unfortunately, in QA the position reappeared on the step level, even
though it blank on the object attached to the transport request. (the
versions are the same in both environments '000').

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Thad
