Workitem execution display

If you are talking about executing it from the workflow inbox, within =
workplace, via the browser, there is a parameter setting for the  =
workflow inbox that's called ~noinplace.  Setting this can cause the =
workitem to either execute in a new window or not.  If I remember =
correctly, we also had to be at a certain its patch level for this to =
work, but I'm not sure exactly what it was.

In normal case, when double-clicked/executed, workitem would
open in new window.
 
For some reason, currently when executing work item by double-
clicking it, the content is displyed in the preview window
below on the same screen. Never seen something like this before.
 
is there a setting that is causing this?
