Actually Lauren, unless I have misunderstood, I don't think Exchange
Connector is going to help you. Exchange Connector is used for
forwarding SAP Mail to your Outlook/Exchange Mail.

My understanding of your questions is that you have an inbound E-mail
(with an attachment) which you would like your SAP system to pick up and
create Sales Orders. This sort of stuff is usually done by your
MiddleWare (ie. Mercator, SeeBeyond, TibCo, Etc). Your Middleware can
pick up the attached file from the mail and then create IDOCs in your
SAP which can then be processed into Sales Orders.

First of all you have to create Outlook or exchange template and install
connector (which is available in presentation CD).

Hello,
=20
We are on R/3 4.6B and we do not have EBP or CRM. I have some trading
partners that are not EDI capable. They send orders in a form attachment
to an email. Is it possible to create a sales order in SAP direct from
the email attachment?

Thanks and Best Regards
