WF Delegation of Subtype

Good morning all.  We have an old modeled subtype from 3.1h that appears to
be causing some problems for us in 4.6c.  Not sure yet, but we want to
delete the object.  We cannot because of delegation.  Here is my trouble how
do you undo delegation and/or break the tie with the supertype.  Need
response as soon as possible.  I seem to be the bad guy here.  Thanks for
