Sometimes agents are resolved incorrectly

Of course, I already done it.
There are many steps in my workflow definition.
And the responsible agent of some of steps is set as workflow initiator.
Usually the resolution of all the step is done sucessfully but sometimes one
of steps is failed.

Check if you have set the WF initiator as the event initiator. To do this,
create a binding from the event container to the WF container, to set the WF
initiator value with the event initiator value.
