Is it possible to display a attachment from preview window?

Dear workflowers,
 
When a new mail arrived at the inbox, one can see a preview at the below
screen of worklist.
And if a mail include attachments, one can display attachments from display
screen.
But my customer wants to display the attachments of a mail from preview
screen directly like we can display the attachments of the workitem from
preview screen.
Is it possible?
