Hi everyone
 
I have a query regarding sending a sap mail to a user from within a
workflow. The workflow works fine except that one particular sap user wasnt
receiving the sap mail. I tested his sap mail by sending a test mail, which
didnt get to him, I tested it again and he received it ok. Could there be a
problem with his sap mail account, if so where should I look?
