Has anyone encountered the following: 4.6C After adding new container elements to an existing flow in the development phase - the workflow has disappeared in its entirety? All records for this flow have been lost - only evidence of this flow existing is on the header table. What might have happened - can we get it back? Thanks in advance, Lisa
