You can change the automatic forwarding address in SBWP.

Experts,
Need your help.
 
My clients maintained the  automatic forwading email address of
all of R/3 users in SO36 transaction. But, he couldn't find
the change transaction of fowarding address. (Version 4.6C)
 
There is functionality to change one user's forwading address
in each user's SBWP (business workplace).
How can the administrator of workflow change the other user's
forwarding adress?
