Event linkage in case of errors

Hi there,
 
I am searching for the place to customize for a workflow template what
happens when an event errors out (nothing, event marked, event linkage
deactivated). I have seen it and set it before but cannot find it now..
getting old, I suppose :-)
 
The general setting in the event queue I have made, but for some workflows,
this is getting overridden, and I need to know where I can set that..
