Product Hierarchy and ITS

Hi Menand,
The functionality of searchhelp and ITS is an ITS issue
and very much dependent on the versions of your ITS and the
system you are calling.
 
I can confirm that the ITS happily handles both simple and
complex search helps. I'm not sure about product hiearchy
as that's a particularly complex one with special programming
behind it.
 
However this is not a workflow issue at all and the fact that
you are using this screen as part of a webflow has no bearing on
searchhelp or ITS behaviour.
Please take it up via OSS rather than through SAP-WUG.
