Yes we are publishing a workflow manual.
We will be publishing the launch date on the SAP-WUG as soon as we know it.
 
Otherwise the best starting points are:

I was under the impression that a workflow manual (reference guide) was to
be published early this year - Does anyone know anything about this?  Is
there any publication out there now that would assist the novice
workflower?
