G'day,
 
Use transaction SWUD to check if you've got possible agent assignment set up
for the task in Prod - if not, the task line will show in red. If this is
correct but you still can not access the item, check the possible agents of
the created WI via SWI1 or equivalent. Be sure to check that the HR buffers
are updated by selecting "Settings>Workflow Settings>Refresh Org Environ"
from the Workplace of the agent.

I copied the work flow ws01000090 and task 01000040. I was able to get it
working in the Dev client. When I moved it to the prod client I received
this message. I probably missed  an object moving from clients. Can someone
point me in the right direction for tables to compare?
