Workflow Administrator Function

The best way I know of to view all of the workitems that a user has in
his/her inbox is by using transaction SWI5.

On the selection screen, enter 'US' for the type, and enter the user's id
for the ID field. Choose to be processed by radio button and enter a date
sometime in the future to make sure that you have selected all of their
workitems.

Once you execute, you will get a summarized list the user's workitems
sorted by task. You can then forward the individual workitems to another
user as long as they have not been reserved by the current agent. The
report will have the workitems grouped by whether or not they have been
reserved or not.

'Hope this helps.

You can also see how many/which workitems a user has from SE16 - table
SWWUSERWI. This table exists in EBP for anyone managing EBP workflows.

An individual is on vacation - we know that he has workitems in his inbox -
he is the only agent for these work items so no one else can look at these
items - Is there a way the administrator can at least look into another
inbox and see what work items need to be processed? Can the administrator
forward these items to someone else for processing?

thanks.
