Automatic Forwarding Error

Hi Jody -

I haven't tried Maria's suggestion yet, but my team does the authorizations
AND workflow. So when we run into this problem, we remove the Internet mail
address from the User's data (SU01) and save it that way. Then we have the
user set up the Automatic Forwarding. Once that is complete, we put the
internet mail address back in the user master (SU01). For some reason, this
is okay with the system, and no error messages result...

Regards,
Sherman

Maria, I tried your suggestions - everything came up as you said and it did
allow me to save the office settings, but for some reason, it did not
generate e-mails. I verified that my e-mail address was set on the user
master, but no luck. It worked OK if I put in the internet address directly
as another address. There must be something different about our setup that
is causing this to function differently.
