documentation on ASAP CD?

Hi all,
 
We on my project are looking for the best practice documentation that
service.sap.com claims is on the ASAP cd (version 4.6). Has anyone run
across this documentation in the knowledger corner or elsewhere?

PS - I realized that I should clarify: We are looking for best practice
documentation on Wrokflow configuration, specifically related to PReq
approval.
