ECM and workflow approval process

Hi Marinka,
 
I've made use of the ECM workflow before and the easiest way to understand
or follow the flow of the workflow is via the IMG structure in
Logistics-General-->change type-->Set Workflow for ECO/ECR  or read the R/3
Library first before making any changes. The config that you set from the
IMG will actually define the way the ECM workflow to behave which includes
setting up the approving managers. I hope this helps.

Hello:
 
Has anyone implemented the standard workflow for Engineering Change
Management, especially approving the change number and objects through the
workflow? The standard workflow seems very user un-friendly and difficult
to
follow (WS20000754).
 
Before embarking on redesigning the ECM  workflow I would like to hear from
anyone who has the experience in this area?
