WF and eDMS

Hi WFers,
 
We have been requested to implement a SAP Electronic document management
system, integrating it with SAP Workflow for the approval of some FI-related
documents (for example, customer invoices).
Our choices are DMS and Records Management (RMS). We have to select one of
them.
 
We have some experience with DMS. Do you have any idea about the advantages
of using Records Management (starting with Web Application Server 6.10).
Will Records Management replace DMS?
