Workflow Incomplete

the display of parallel branches in the graphical log can be misleading.
Please check the textual logs.

I have a workflow instance were 2 out of the 3 parallel branches are
completed. In the third branch, the condition step is not executed yet. I
could see this in the graphical log.
 
This is the only instance of this workflow, which has hanged. We did create
more than 2000 instances until now and I have never seen this problem.
 
I am unable to manually complete the Workflow itself. I am not sure how I
could make the instance pass this condition step. Looking for help.
