Attachement in a user decision

Hello,
 
I am working with user decisions in a workflow. I created an attachement in a user decision with a word file via an SOFM object type. The responsible agent gets in its inbox a work item with the decisions available and a read-only attachement. How is it possible to modify the MSword file attached without breaking the link to the user decision?
