Generic Object services auth.

where can I restrict the services of Generic object services
 
1) Suppose if User1 as attached a note with method "ArchivedDocsDisplay"
(BUS2032) in user task1
but User2 in user task2 should not be able to change or delete the
attachment note attach by User1
 
2) Also how to restrict the GOS's services in Trans VA02.
