No events raised after PLUG IN

[Ikeda, Kate Poplin]

Last night, Plugin P1 2002_1_40B which is required for SCEM, EBP, BW
interfacing systems, was installed on our development system.  Now, even
though our event log is turned on, no new events are listed.  I have checked
SWU3, and our workflow customizing looks OK.  Does anyone have any ideas
about what might be happening to our events?
