How is it possible to attach an office file to a worklow mail ?

You can address the document by using the business object of type DRAW with
the respective key. This business object corresponds to your DIR. The best
way to proceed is to route this DRAW object in your workflow, changing it
status to indicate approval. In this way you will be able to check the
approval status also outside workflow. Please check the customizing of
document statuses management for more details. There's also a nice set of
standard workflows you can start at status changes.

Hello,
I am developping a document validation process in DMS (Document Management
System).  I'd like to attach a file (word file, excel file) which is linked
to a DIR (Document Info Record) to a worklow mail. The office file is stored
in a KPro. How is it possible to get the file in all steps of the validation
process?
