No administrator found for the task

That was the problem.  I missed an agent assignment to a task, and also
refreshed the buffers.
The 'administrator' vs. 'agent' terminology is not quite clear on this

I have this problem sometimes when I change workflow tasks. It is caused I
think by the person receiving the workflow not being one of the agents for
the task. I have got around it in the past by making the task a general
task. Remember to refresh your organisational environment after you make
the
change or it will have no affect.

Fellow workflowers,
 
      Upgrading from 3.1h to 4.6c
      Have all the templates and event linkages activated, and SWU3 looks
good.
      Create a FI document that is routed to my inbox properly.
      When I execute the workitem, I received message "No administrator
found for the task  5W 141" .
      Checked 'workflow administrator maintained' and changed to my ID.
Still no luck.
      Any ideas ???
