reprensentatives for sap workplaces

Hi workflowers,
 
does someone knows if there is an admintool to configure reprensentatives
for special sap workplaces from a central place.
 
Up to now I could only find infos about the individual configration of
reprensentatives doing by every sap workplace user himself.
