Determining the SMPT mail address

It will be stored in one of the user tables. Use transaction SU01 to
determine the table - if the field look up doesn't let you identify the
table, then try asking your HR department if they've maintained the =
email
address in IT0105. If not, you can start by looking at all the usr* =
tables.
