General Task. How to terminate the workflow if no agent specified .....

Hi Vanathy,
 
As suggested by Peter, standard-role config can do the job.
 
Additionally, if the requirement is that not to trigger
workflow under certain conditons then such custom requirements
can be achieved via Check FMs. Check FMs are quiet handy, as it
avoids unnecessary processing overhead if workflow should not
be triggerred under certain conditions.
 
Check FMs can be attached in Event-Receiver linkage table(SWE2).
