Hi Vanathy,

In the Standard Task for the step, use a standard role. In the standard
role you can set a flag which causes the workflow to terminate if no agent
is found.

Subject: General Task. How to terminate the workflow if no agent
specified .....

Hi

We have created a workflow template which gets kicked on when some one
creates an Quality
notification task (QM01). This task is specified as 'General task' .

An agent has to be assigned to the Quality notification task before saving.
If agent is not assigned and try to save the task
it gives waring message. Though if you ignore and save it, the work item is
sent out to everyone in the company. How can we
avoid this and 'Terminate' the workflow for this scenario? A

Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Vanathy
