Exchange connector vs e-mail adress (SAP-USER vs HR-user)

Yes, but it does require a bit of programming. Either you create a method to
move the email address of the employee into a container element, or you
create an attribute for an object and use that one.
 
Option one has the advantage of greater flexibility (e.g. I pass a parameter
with it which directs the method to either respond with the email address of
the employee, the employee's supervisor or the manager of the employee).
 
Option two has better performance and is simpler to use (you do not have to
build a 'get email address' step in your flows).

We are using the sap exchange connector. The e-mail adress used is the
SAP-user-master (communication, e-mail adress). Because the SAP user is
connected to a HR-USER (infotype 0105, sybtype 0001) and we will define an
e-mail adress in infotype 0105, subtype 0010, we like to use the e-mail
adress from infotype 0105/0010 instead of the SAP-user-email adress. Is this
