Hi Jecelle,
 
The CRM CIC system receives e-mails via the SAP connect component and
starts a workflow based on the standard workflow template 10000193. This
has to be configured to your own requirements. Then the e-mails appear in
the CIC inbox.
 
Check out the template to see the requirements.
 
I can send you a white paper based on 2.0A CRM but it still applies to the
scenario if you require. Its about 0.5MB in size.

Hi Jecelle,
 
Yes the CIC needs to have a new component configured so the users can see
their inbox (including workflows, emails) straight from the CIC. Actually I
am pretty sure that SAP delivers a standard component for this. Not really a
workflow issue. I would talk to your CIC 'configuration people'.

External emails are seen only in CRM Business workplace but not in CRM
Customer
Interaction Center. I am not familiar with workflows but someone told me
that
you have to set up the workflow for the emails to processed in CIC Email
inbox.
Can somebody help me?
