Url in Workplace Notification Message

Dear fellow workflowers
 
I have a notification message in 4.6c which has a URL
in the text.
When routing to an agent using the GUI, they are able
to access the URL by clicking on the hyperlink in the
text.
 
When the same agent tries to access the same URL in a
notification message by using workplace, it does not
work.
 
Workplace adds its own information to the beginning of
the hyperlink, therefor rendering it useless.
 
Can anyone help please ?
