Sending notification to Sales Group or Purchasing Group

One option is to use Organizational Objects and create assignments to your
existing Org Structure (trans PFOM).   T024 for purchasing group,  TVKGR
for sales group.  Note - assignments are usually made to positions or
Org Units.
 
Then create a Organizational Object type role for sales group.  A role
already
exists for purchasing group.  This role will find the agent(s) that you
assigned
in the previous step.
