Hello,
   HAPPY NEW YEAR first,
 
  and the problem is:
 
We have introduced the Compaq Fingerprint device with Identix Biologon
Version 3.0.=20
The fingerprint can be used to enter Windows NT.=20
 
These NT users are connected to SAP also, and they use SAP Workflow
technology to approve invoices and orders.
They MS Outlook e-mail software is connected to SAP office with the =
help of
SAP MAPI,=20
which is the standard part of the SAP front end.
 
 It seems to be, that these software cannot run simultaneously.  The MS
outlook sends the following error message at the case of displaying of =
a
work item:
 
 <<...OLE_Obj...>>=20
 
 
  Identix and SAP MAPI works lonely without any problem.
 
Any hint?!
