Short answer: YES, very likely indeed.
 
Slightly longer answer :-) You will most probably have to change the =
batch
input data assuming that's what you are using to populate the =
transaction,
but given the general mechanics of SAP workflow have not changed
fundamentally between 4.0 and 4.6, you should be all right. Schedule =
some
time to adapt the custom program though.
 
What do you mean with "workflow exit"?
 
Oh yes, as always, no guarantees, but let us know if you hit a =
stumbling
block.

Can anyone help with this:
 
We have developed an Early Archive scenario in 4.6C, where an ABAP =
program
reads
data from a Kofax interface,  stores these in a temporary table,  and
creates a work item.
When the work-item is executed, a work-flow exit will fetch the temp =
data
and populate
a SAP business transaction with the values.
 
 
Question: is it possible to develop a process like this also in SAP =
4.0B.
