Deleted Users with Workitems

Our solution is pretty much the same - the SAP Security person runs a =
report
on who has not logged on during the quarter, and deletes the users. The
report lists people's names, position, org unit and the oh-so-important =
text
descriptions. We have lived and learnt - position 50012345 could be
VP,Northern Region.=20
 
I guess you can add a check for substitutes. A visual check of the =
names of
managers on this list is usually sufficient for us because we have =
minimized
the approvers in the PR/PO approval processes. In my experience,
streamlining the PR approval process was a big money-saver - now we =
have a
limited number of Admins creating PRs (besides the Purchasing buyers) =
and
the approvers are only a select few managers - not every department =
manager.
