you might like to consider using outlook forms which are asynchroneous =
and thus less ressource intensiue then MAPI

We are trying to implement workflow for Accounts Payable in 4.6B and =
4.6C environments.  We would like to provide users with the option of =
coding and approving the invoice through Outlook.  Has anyone had any =
experience using SAP MAPI?  I have heard that it can be a "resource hog" =
if too many users are set up to execute work items through outlook.  Is =
there any other way that we can achieve this?
