Spend Limit workflow

Hi Braam,
Just remember that in EBP you need to put the role call
into an ad hoc agent object so that the approval previews/display,
add approver, change approver, etc. functionality works correctly
as they all expect ad hoc agents to be used.

If you haven't done this before easiest way is to create a subtype of
AAGENT, copy the redefines and coding from object ASBMANAGER
and replace the call to SWX_GET_MANAGER in the Create method with the
call to your own role, making sure you first fill the container with the
criteria needed by your alternative role.

You then change the Agent_0001 container element in the workflow to point
to your object instead of object SLMANAGER.

Try a role that selects based on the organisational assignments (plenty of
examples exist).

Subject: Spend Limit workflow

Hi all

We have set up the Spend Limit workflow WS10000276 for approval in EBP.
As delivered, the workitem will go directly to the manager who has the right
approval level. In the process it might bypass one or more line managers.

We would like to add a step to the workflow to add a reviewer automatically,
based on the Org structure in EBP, so that these line managers have
visibility of the workitems bypassing them.

Has any of you done something like this before?

Thanks
