Spend Limit workflow

Hi Braam,

Transaction PFAC_DIS, there are more than 130 SAP standard roles in my 4.6C
system.

In your case, you might have copy and change one of the underlying function
modules as you might have to "climp upwards" in the organisational tree
until you find the right manager. Try the role that comes with the template
you mention, I assume it is using one (I can't see the template in my
current system).

Hth,
Stephan

Try a role that selects based on the organisational assignments (plenty of
examples exist).

Subject: Spend Limit workflow

Hi all

We have set up the Spend Limit workflow WS10000276 for approval in EBP.
As delivered, the workitem will go directly to the manager who has the right
approval level. In the process it might bypass one or more line managers.

We would like to add a step to the workflow to add a reviewer automatically,
based on the Org structure in EBP, so that these line managers have
visibility of the workitems bypassing them.

Has any of you done something like this before?

Thanks
