SAP MAPI and XP

I agree that this answer is unlikely to be the final one.. this integration
is too good and is used by too many people to be just dropped like that. I
guess it's a case of opening an OSS message and then escalating it, so that
it gets proper attention. Otherwise, maybe the SAP folks monitoring this
list can get the right people involved..

The SAP MAPI folder does not expand in Windows XP.  Note number 480685
gives us the option to use SAP GUI as an interface to SAPoffice or utilize
Outlook 98 or 2000.  We are planning to upgrade our desktops in
preparation for a 4.6c upgrade and we are considering XP.  I can't believe
SAP wouldn't attempt to address this issue.  Do you have any information
on this issue.  I appreciate any help you can give me.
