HR PAYROLL RULE UD11

Does anybody know the HR calculation rule UD11 (create inflow wagetypes from
LRT)?
Our payroll processing got dumped by one personal number because her wage
type /102 some how got a huge amount (see attach) and this is calculated by
calculation rule UD11. I was wondering how this number calculated?
