Express Message Still Sent Even After the WI Has Already Been

Hi Diane,
That was exactly the problem I was reporting.  Although the WI is complete,
the express message does not get cleared.  We checked OSS and did not find a
note to fix this problem.  It looks like the SOXP table does not get cleared
if the WI associated with the Express message is completed.  We are sending
a message to SAP.
