Event status "Feedback after error"

Hi Mike
 
I remember having a lot of trouble with this... we looked everywhere as
well.  I could be remembering wrong, but have you checked the user
authorizations?  Testing is fine because we as developers always have a
lot of authority, even SAP_ALL.  Is there any pattern at all to who is
failing? And as for the feedback after error - is there anything in your
wf admin inbox?

Thanks both for the feedback.
Short dumps are fine, checked TRFC (SM58), checked system logs (SM21)...
nothing unusual. These guys are failing at quite a siginificant rate -
possibly around 10%.
A bad thing about productive environment is that deleting and recreating
an event linkage is a bit of a tricky task, but will see what can be
organized.
So far this still has me stumped.
