Reusing tasks

Reusing tasks is what they're there for among other things, so if you can, do :-) experience shows that this is easier with background than with dialogue tasks, as the latter often require user instructions in the task text that are specific to the workflow..

Another question from me: can someone tell me if reusing tasks in
different workflows is the preferred way of working or is it better to
use a task only within one workflow (and copy the task if it is used in
other workflows)?
